For 20 years I ran my own recruiting practice, working with clients across a broad array of industries. I soon recognized that no matter how successful the company was, there were holes in their reference checking practices that introduced significant risk. To solve this problem, I implemented a revolutionary forensic referencing model that improved outcomes for their high stake hires.
In 2015 I set out to pioneer best practices in this area, developing what we today call Human Diligence. I launched IntelliSight to expand this offering to mergers and acquisitions, addressing the growing needs of my private equity and venture capital clients.
